Repair Request

This request will be submitted to Southern Homes Property Management Email and some one will get back to you within 24 hours.  If it is an Emergency please state this within your request.

If this repair is less than a $50.00 repair, the tenant will be required to have this taken care of.  We have names and phone numbers of repair people if you would like them.
